How to achieve soft feet

 There comes a time when we just want to achieve this perfect, soft  and glowing skin. Especially with the changing seasons and temperatures. Today, I'll love to  emphasize on how we can get soft feet. And yes, it's achievable if you're consistent.  Below are some few ways we can achieve soft feet .

1. Use a pumice stone to gently scrub or use a foot scrub made up of sugar/salt mixed with oils like olive oil or coconut oil.

2. Soak your feet in warm water mixed with Epsom salt. This will help your feet feel soft. You can also add tea tree oil to your warm water to help soften your feet.

3. Drink water during the day to help skin elasticity. Also, having fruits with fibre will go a long way.

4. Use moisturizers such as glycerin and Shea butter at night or foot creams. And also, wear  cotton socks to lock in moisture.

5. Avoid wearing tight fitting shoes that causes blisters or irritation. Also wear breathable socks if you must.  Avoid using harsh products on feet.

6. If it's serious then you can go ahead and consultw with a specialist.

 Take good care of yourself as season changes. And don't forger to be kind to yourself.
